Integración con Freshdesk para recibir comentarios
Sería genial si se pudiera integrar con freshdesk. Sería más cómodo trabajar con preguntas o errores que los usuarios escriben directamente en el tablón. Con la integración, la pregunta o error podría ser enviado directamente a la freshdesk
Attio CRM integration
Same as with Hubspot and other CRMs but even more powerful workflows. Automatically create all of your Featurebase users as person records in Attio See customers’ feedback and support conversations on their profile Submit feedback on behalf of customers through attio (from their profile, call transcripts, emails.)
Mixpanel Integration
Like the Segment integration, it would be great to be able to integrate using Mixpanel's javascript SDK. [https://docs.mixpanel.com/docs/tracking-methods/sdks/javascript] This would allow us to track users and events such as upvoting and leaving feedback and allowing for the identify functionality also. Im voting for this because Segment is expensive, and adds a new layer to our data pipeline, where we could just import events straight into mixpanel.

Connect Featurebase with any of apps on make.com [http://make.com] to build automations.
Amplitude integration
Similar to the segment integration. Tracking events, page views, etc…
Plain Integration
I use Plain (https://plain.com/) for customer support. It would be great to have a native integration between Plain and Featurebase.
Crisp integration
Add a way to use Crisp and feed customer feedback and feature requests from Crisp into Featurebase.

Integrate with Front.com [http://Front.com]
[Linear-Integration] Sync Custom Linear Project statuses
Currently integration with Linear is syncing the generic/blanket Project statuses. If custom status is made under Generic one i.e. Completed statuses are “Done“, “Finished“ & “Success” then sync rules allow only selecting by “Completed“ status.
