Support for uploading and embedding videos directly

Featurebase currently supports embedding Loom, Descript, and Youtube videos. However, it does not support natively uploading videos.

Featurebase should support native video uploads and have its own video player.

I propose that all these posts (or at least all the “in review” posts here) be merged into a this post, and that that this post be set to “In Progress” in accordance with the dev note shared in the Video instead of image [https://feedback.featurebase.app/p/video-instead-of-image] post.

This feature, as challenging as it probably is to implement, is personally my most-wanted feature as a developer seeking to communicate with my users, and as someone seeking to solicit more helpful bug reports from users as well.
