Private statuses

I would like to be able to add private statuses to the flow.

Example → user facing status is “In review” but int the meantime there might be different things happening with the request internally e.g. I’m discussing it with engineers or reaching out to support to help the customer, and in order to keep track of that I would like to have an internal status to indicate that.
