Conversation tags - Tag specific messages in conversations

Let users add freeform tags to individual messages (not just conversation-level attributes [https://help.featurebase.app/en/help/articles/4910121-conversation-data-attributes-cvdas-in-the-inbox]) so they can highlight key moments - like a bug report, churn reason, or customer quote - and then filter conversations that contain those tags.
