Allow users to subscribe to new posts on specific boards

Users should have the ability to subscribe to entire boards to receive notifications (e.g., email notifications) whenever a new post is created on that board. This would allow users to stay updated on all new feedback and ideas within a specific category without having to subscribe to individual posts.
