Add limit to description field

We use Featurebase to run quarterly innovation challenges and collect ideas. Lately, many submissions are essay-length due to tools like ChatGPT, which makes it difficult for our leadership team to review efficiently.

Not being able to limit the description field is becoming a blocker. Even a simple toggle for an “executive summary” mode with a fixed character cap (e.g., 200–500) would be really helpful, whatever’s easiest to implement.
