Open in new tab not working for changelog links

When cmd clicking on a changelog item it does not open in a new tab as expected. This is generally the default browser behaviour.

This is extremely annoying because often I will want a specific changelog open in a new tab to use as reference whilst still working with the main dashboard.

For example: I am writing a new changelog and I want to open an existing changelog in a new tab to use as a reference.

It works in Articles and Roadmap.
